I bought a trailer from this place about a year and a half ago. I just recently brought it in to have some work done on it and the guys there came out spent about 15 minutes talking to me about where The best place I can mount my spare tire. With the type of work that I do with my trailer I had one option which was to mount it to the front of the trailer somehow. The guys did a great job listening to my needs and an even better job executing the work They did a great job for me and I greatly appreciate it.
I wanted to add a color matching cap on my Ram 1500. Leonard’s did a great job and installed the cap yesterday. Matches the existing paint perfectly. Their customer service team are responsive to your needs and work to get you what you want. I am a very happy customer.
The entire experience was great!! From the time I walked in until the installations were completed, I was treated as a valued customer. I was listened to and what I wanted was explained and the options presented were explained and discussed (not pushed). My decked system was installed in less than a week and when my shell came in, it was installed the next day. Couldn’t be happier!!
Purchased the 100XR in August 2024 for $3160.00. Since that time, there is an ongoing issue of the back hatch not latching properly. I have taken my truck back to this shop 3 times for them to correct this issue. The back hatch still does not latch correctly. The inside of the truck bed also leaks when it rains, and the handle/lock on hatch is installed crooked.
I am 100% satisfied with the purchase I recently made at this place, I recommend the customer service, it is very good, very friendly, they solve all your doubts and helped me throughout my process to obtain my trailer, thank you very much
