I wanted to add a color matching cap on my Ram 1500. Leonard’s did a great job and installed the cap yesterday. Matches the existing paint perfectly. Their customer service team are responsive to your needs and work to get you what you want. I am a very happy customer.
The entire experience was great!! From the time I walked in until the installations were completed, I was treated as a valued customer. I was listened to and what I wanted was explained and the options presented were explained and discussed (not pushed). My decked system was installed in less than a week and when my shell came in, it was installed the next day. Couldn’t be happier!!
Purchased the 100XR in August 2024 for $3160.00. Since that time, there is an ongoing issue of the back hatch not latching properly. I have taken my truck back to this shop 3 times for them to correct this issue. The back hatch still does not latch correctly. The inside of the truck bed also leaks when it rains, and the handle/lock on hatch is installed crooked.
I brought in my enclosed trailer to Leonard for a few repairs due to wear-and-tear + to replace two tires. The service was very professional and efficient. I had the trailer back, fully serviced in less than two days. Special thanks to David, who went above and beyond to make the service experience exceptional!
Love me some Walker! Laid back, not pushy like most salesmen. He ordered me the chicken coop I actually wanted. Great price! And again, Walker was the absolute best!☺️😉
