Got a shed and it took over a week to deliver. Was VERY CLEAR that I could not take delivery on a Thursday. Guess what day they delivered?!!! Then about a week later went to start storing my stuff in it and saw that there was a leak in the roof. Contacted the dealer and was told they’d get a repair crew out there. I told them absolutely not and that I wanted a new shed. The local manager and owner were willing to go a bit larger for the same price as they didn’t have an exact replacement. I have just started doing business with this place, and usually I refuse to leave a review this early, but I am beyond impressed with the service and attention to customer satisfaction so far. Alex is personable and pays attention to your needs for the service your looking for. Friendly and professional and doesn't bog you down with alot of nonsense or sales "tricks" that would usually cause me to go elsewhere.
