I loved my experience at Leonard in Thomasville! I ordered my Leer bed cab over the phone, they stayed in contact with me during the building and delivery process. Once it came in I rode down from Cordele and they had it on the truck, locked down and ready to roll in a little over 30 minutes. The overall experience was well worth the 3 hour round trip ride! Professional and friendly staff. I was expecting the hitch install to take several hours. Dropped car off a little after 9am got the call to pick it up just before 11am. Done in less than 2 hours. That's good business.
We found shed ramps online for $269.50. We called the store to check stock and was told we had the price wrong. I had emails and screen shots that confirmed the price. After several phone calls, we got a returned call from the district manager, Jack (?). He admitted that the advertised price was a human error and was removed as soon as I made the company aware of it. My issue with the company is that they would not honor the price. I’ve had difficulty finding the right parts for my truck and trailer needs. Most of the time I have to go to Tallahassee. Staff at Leonard, particularly Cecil, have helped me address problems I’ve had with two trucks and at least two trailers as week as a personal car. I’ve been especially pleased with the high level of customer service and support keeping me in the know. Even providing services I didn’t know were available. Super happy with the outcomes and will definitely be a return customer again and again.
