The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Very bad communication. Camper shell was chipped when it came in. Sent it back. Came back wrong color. All this took about 24 weeks. It took another 10 days to get my refund. No one would ever call and tell me anything. I had to keep calling. When they said it would be in, in 6 weeks, I didn't call for six weeks. Had tow hitch receiver installed at the Aiken, SC location. Staff was exceptionally helpful and scheduled the install quickly. When I arrived for the install manager and installation tech got my truck in almost immediately and turned the job around in no time. Everyone involved was very friendly and very professional. I would recommend these guys with no hesitancy at all.
I purchased a ladder rack from Leonard Truck Accessories. To find the rack, I provided my vehicle information and the website assured me it would fit. I also called to verify. I received the rack and tried to install it using the provided clamps and hey did not work with my vehicle. I called customer service and the representative said she will see what she can do, and she asked me to text her to remind her. I did, and waited several days and followed up each day. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!! I will never use or recommend Leonard's to anyone. My horror story started in November of 2022. I was told that the cap, bed slide, and tool deck would be delivered and installed in six weeks WRONG. I called to follow up in the first part of January after explaining again that this was for a work truck that they could not give me a delivery time or date and hung up on me.
