Dropped off my Bronco Tuesday at 9 AM for an AMP Powerstep install. Later that day they said a previous job ran long and couldn’t do mine—wasted an entire day off work. Rescheduled for Thursday, dropped it off again at 9 AM, done by 3:30 PM. Flo, the manager, was polite and offered a small discount. I went to Leonards truck outfitters to have my headlight assembly replaced. I also purchased replacement bulbs incase the new assembly didn't come with them. After the lights were installed, I went to get my truck and did a quick walk around with the repair person to ensure everything was complete. Headed back to work I noticed I was getting a front turn signal malfunction and I called back to Lernards to let them know I had NO front turn signals. The manager of this location is top notch! Her name is Flo and will sell you a quality product and her excellent crew will install it flawlessly. I bought a Leer cap and I am well pleased with it and the process.
Tim was great. I ordered truck bed cover yesterday, it was delivered to the store this morning, and installed in 60 minutes this afternoon. Great customer service, much appreciated.
