Dropped off my Bronco Tuesday at 9 AM for an AMP Powerstep install. Later that day they said a previous job ran long and couldn’t do mine—wasted an entire day off work. Rescheduled for Thursday, dropped it off again at 9 AM, done by 3:30 PM. Flo, the manager, was polite and offered a small discount. Once home, I stepped on the driver side and heard a loud click with the floorboard dipping about an inch—clearly not right. Now on day three trying to get it fixed, taking more time off. The manager of this location is top notch! Her name is Flo and will sell you a quality product and her excellent crew will install it flawlessly. I bought a Leer cap and I am well pleased with it and the process.
I came in on Wednesday to see if I could get a roof rack for my 4Runner, they did not have anything in stock but were able to get it delivered by the next morning and installed before the end of the next day. Amazing service great team. They make it happen
