Dropped off my Bronco Tuesday at 9 AM for an AMP Powerstep install. Later that day they said a previous job ran long and couldn’t do mine—wasted an entire day off work. Rescheduled for Thursday, dropped it off again at 9 AM, done by 3:30 PM. Flo, the manager, was polite and offered a small discount. Once home, I stepped on the driver side and heard a loud click with the floorboard dipping about an inch—clearly not right. Now on day three trying to get it fixed, taking more time off. I was looking for a camper shell and/or tonneau cover for my 2020 Silverado LT truck. All my questions were answered in details. They took their time in explaining the benefits of one over the other. Flo is awesome she was so personable and helpful to me today more than any Toyota dealership or truck accessory store I have ever been to. She looked up different parts and helped me with a tail gate issue Toyota couldn’t bother helping me with. Thank you Flo you’re boss should give you a raise you went above and beyond for me so so helpful I will be back to order all the items for my truck.!!!
Great customer service and the staff was really helpful. They went above and beyond to get the item that I needed for my ARE truck cap matching it to the type of cap I have. I would definitely recommend this place for all your truck services.
