Physician is a caring listener, is actively engaged in maintaining your health by assessing all systems. She sometimes falls behind due to her thorough investigation into your issues, but it is worth the wait. She will address all your concerns and then some. Would recommend to anyone of any gender or age. (I am a Registered Nurse)
Dr Caren is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever meet. Listens to all your concerns and offers several options for help. I started going to see her 5 years ago, and now the whole family see her.
My sons doctor since he was a newborn and my doctor now. I absolutely adore her. So compassionate, thorough and truly takes her time with you. The waiting times can be frustrating but she is totally worth it!
Dr. Caren and her team are great. They run behind but you get their undivided attention once it is your turn. It is worth the wait.

I was desperate for help/relief when Dr. Caren was recommended to me. That was over two years ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I left that first day with more hope than I had felt in a long time. Dr. Caren was so kind, compassionate and took time to listen. She assured me she wouldn't give up until a treatment was found that worked for me and that's exactly what she did. The staff and nurses are fabulous, as well. Highly recommend Dr. Caren!!
Took my children and I to see her for a little over a year until I finally took my kids out of her care due to gross negligence. She often prescribed medicines that there were allergies too or were dangerous to take with other medicines she prescribed. Refused to prescribe any medicines from prior doctor's. Confused my charts constantly with the charts of my children and mother. I.e. thinking I had diabetes or was allergic to penicillin or that my child was allergic to it or getting test results wrong. Dr Caren is the most uncaring physician I’ve had ever had. Very poor bedside manners
It is almost impossible to get an appointment to see her or Dr. Razook. I will not see nurse practitioner Brenda Pope. She doesn't know what she is doing. Ever since merging with St. Joseph's it's impossible to get an appointment. You wait in the lobby for 45 minutes only to get into a room, wait an additional 15 minutes at times for her to spend 5 minutes and the prescription pad comes out. The funny thing is that she is still accepting new patients when she does not have time 4 current ones.
