Leslie Motors never disappoints. A family run business in a small town. Whether purchasing/leasing or after purchase service, the team always treats you fairly and professionally. I’ve leased a couple trucks from Trevor Leak and he’s great; he goes out of his way to be helpful! Denver, Greg and the rest of the staff, particularly all the techs in service, are great.
My 2024 Ford Edge developed a drive train issue and I couldn’t accelerate above 25kph. I contacted Leslie Motors in Walkerton who put me through to Ford Roadside Assistance. They dispatched a two truck to my residence in Priceville that afternoon, it arrived 25 minutes early! This allowed me to arrive at the dealership before it closed for the day. I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2026 Escape from Leslie Ford in Walkerton. My salesman was Scott Davidson. He was most helpful and took me thru everything on my Escape, and setting up and transferring my phone, navigation etc to new vehicle. I will definitely reach out to Leslie Ford in future. The staff at Leslie Motors were kind, patient, understanding, and respectful when I had to return my vehicle for service after a faulty part needed to be replaced from previous work. They went above and beyond. They also noticed I was double charged for parts from past service and refunded me the money. They didn’t have to tell me as I didn’t notice. They were very honest with the mistake and I am truly grateful.
Recently purchased a Pick up from Leslie ford walkerton office, it was a great experience! Scott Davidson is extremely knowledgeable, not pushy just wants to see the customer happy and their vehicle needs met. His willingness to get things done on my behalf was beyond my expectations! Will definitely use Leslie and Scott again.
