Leslie Motors never disappoints. A family run business in a small town. Whether purchasing/leasing or after purchase service, the team always treats you fairly and professionally. I’ve leased a couple trucks from Trevor Leak and he’s great; he goes out of his way to be helpful! Denver, Greg and the rest of the staff, particularly all the techs in service, are great.
Customer care was good! And with no fault of their own, the additional parts I ordered a month ago still not have arrived. My winter tires were on back order for almost a month. So ya if you order any parts, plan well in advance as supplies are thin everywhere. Aside from that they are friendly and courteous!
This dealership's staff and mechanics always treat me like I'm important and like my needs are important. They are usually very genial in their attitudes. I have never felt uncomfortable or "ripped off". I highly recommended to purchase or have service done there.
After a run around at another dealership, I ended up over at Leslie's in Walkerton. Within an hour we had the deal signed and they gave me a better deal than the other dealership. Scott was great to work with and he introduced me to Don Leslie, who made me feel welcomed. 3 days later I picked up the new vehicle and it was a very smooth transaction as it should be.
