I have been looking for a house for quite some time. Leticia Rios was more than amazing. I can write a review for an hour on how happy i am with Leticia, but want this read so i will get to the point. Leticia is one of the most patient, kind and understanding i had lots of problem with my credit ,I lost hope one point but Leticia did so hard work for me to get approve and today I own house .and i am so very happy with her service. I reached out to Leticia recently to get pre-approval for a home loan. She is responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to my income, I wasn't approved for as much as I had hoped, but Leticia gave me the information I need to have a better game plan for next year. I am very much looking forward to working with her again as soon as I file my 2016 taxes!

I met Leticia about 2 1/2 years ago when I purchased my first home through my close friend/ real estate agent. Since she was referred to my by someone close to me, I knew I was in good hands. Buying your first home can be pretty scary and filled with large packets of paperwork. Leticia was there for me every step of the way. Since then she has assisted me with 2 refi's. Leticia was absolutely horrible at communicating with me throughout my first time home buying process. I was lucky enough to have a great agent and title company because they stayed on top of her to get my purchase completed. Sometimes I would be asked for documents last minute and other times she would ask for the same document over and over.
