Great experience, arrived 15 min early and was completed on time. They cleaned up the areas when they were done. Very personable installers. The app seemed a little complex until Tanner broke it down for me. We are completely satisfied with the overall experience and are excited to display our lights year round. Great company with exceptional customer service. The install crew were well groomed, professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond. The product is very high in quality and looks fantastic. You cant even tell I have lights installed.

We had a great experience with Level5 from start to finish and highly recommend them! Alana was wonderful in accommodating us. We changed what we were doing a few times and she was very patient. We had also waited for HOA approval forever, but the HOA has now changed the policy where approval is no longer required. Eddie and team were so fast and efficient with our install, and explained things the app to us. Just a great experience all around and we love our lights!!

Mind blowing. You better get yours installed now because when people realize how cool these lights are there will be a long wait! Jellyfish lighting is absolutely phenomenal. The lighting options are endless. The accent lighting sets my house apart from anyone's on the block. A must have!

Lights look amazing! You can’t tell they are on the house during the day but at night they are a show stopper! Highly recommend this company! Also the install team did a great job. Super quick and efficient and left my house just as they found it!
