I’ve been coming to this urgent care since 2024, and it’s the only one I trust and will continue to visit. A huge thank you to Paul for making my experience such a positive one! I was denied care and told to leave the facility. Do not go to this place. Isn’t an urgent care supposed to help people when they’re sick? I have never felt so dismissed in my life. I came in with a 104° fever, a nosebleed, and could barely stand on my own, yet I was disrespected and turned away. I went out of my way to come to this facility expecting care, not dismissal. If you value your health, do not go to this place. The receptionists were rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at an Urgent Care facility and quite possibly at a medical facility. The positive was that the check in process was smooth thanks to their technology. And that’s the extent of the positive. The waiting area while large and open was riddled with tattered paper signs, business cards for realtors and all other types of unrelated paraphernalia. First and last time going there . Had to wait almost 2 hours for a chest x ray , considering that I asked prior to going if I have to make an appointment and how long it’s gonna take ….. They said just come in , reading the results will take 10 minutes. No complains regarding front desk , they did their job , they were polite and nice . Very clean, smelled great, good seating. Staff was welcoming and one alumni from Berkeley which was nice to see. Doctors were polite and knowledgeable. I have no complaints. Good place to run to if you are in need of medical care. I was in and out. Only issue was the parking. It's street parking that was packed with no spots available but there was a parking lot on the same block. $1 per hour to park so not bad.
