Transaction time was a little long and it wasn’t the salesman’s fault, it’s your systems. We bought 2 bottle of fabric protector and it took 10 minutes. We had to sign no feeer than three documents and have a receipt that is 5 pages long. All for a $30 transaction. I think you can do better.

Quickly assisted and shown the types of mattresses I was interested in purchasing. Nice selection. Able to make the purchase on a 2 year, no interest plan. Couldn’t have been easier or less stressful.

Heidi Decker was the salesperson who assisted me. She met us as soon as we walked in. Directed us to the area we were interested in. Gave us some time to look around and "magically" appeared when we had zeroed in on a living room set that suited me. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to help in the final decision-making process.
