Tony was great! He worked with us to get a great deal on the furniture we wanted. He gave us plenty of space while still being attentive. Very easy going sale, and we never felt any pressure to buy. They had our furniture ready to go within minutes. The whole process was great from start to finish.
I recently used the white-glove delivery service and couldn’t be more pleased. The team arrived exactly on time, carefully carried the item up to my apartment, unpacked everything and placed it right where I wanted. They even removed all the packaging and cleaned up the area afterward. Their attention to detail, professionalism and courteous attitude made the whole process worry-free. Everything was perfect with Levin except our normal sales person was on leave. However Hannah who did take care of us was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. The delivery of table and chairs was exceptional too. The two young men did an excellent job bringing it in and assembling. I would recommend Levin to anyone looking for quality furniture and reputable sales associates.
I went to Levin Furniture just to look around and check out some furniture and really not planning on buying anything. I was nicely greeted by a young man when my wife and I entered the store, and he told us to just look around and if any questions don't hesitate to ask him. We unexpectedly found a couch and recliner that we liked so we went to the young man and asked him a few questions, which he knew all of the answers.
