One of the worst furniture companies I have ever dealt with I ordered my furniture April 2021 today it was due to be delivered June 30, 2021 they said they called as in our phone was disconnected which is a lie they also said they had a glitch in the system and that our furniture cannot be delivered until July 9, 2021 they also said that their furniture is placed on the trucks a few days in advance so thats why they could not put us on a delivery for tomorrow we said you were a lie if that was the case or furniture would alr... read more
Ordered a sectional. The morning of delivery they canceled the order. I waited 4 weeks total and paid $200 for delivery. Had to add an extra week to have it delivered on a Saturday so I wouldn't miss work. Plus, I had to set aside my entire Saturday because they don't call until the day before to let you know what time they will b delivering. I'll never shop at Levin's again. I bought a sofa in mid April I was told delivery would be by mid May but it did not happen. Then I went to the store again and changed the sofa and was told I'd get delivery by mid June. I'm still waiting. I called to find out when I could expect delivery and was told "not until July". They wouldn't even offer reduced price or reduced delivery fee. I had my old sofa removed for the new sofa I don't have. They're blaming slow delivery on covid-19 and the lack of wood. My wife purchased a sofa with a warranty at beginning of February 2021 from this place and they told me that it will be delivered to my home at the latest at the beginning of May but they haven't sent it although it has been 4 months since my purchase. My wife and I ordered a sofa set at the end of September 2020. We were told that since we had ordered it the exact same way the floor model was, that we would receive it within 12-16weeks. 18 weeks had passed and we did not receive any update on delivery, so I reached out to them and they pushed the date out, without calling and communicating that to us. I purchased furniture from Levin’s in September 2020. Asked the salesperson 5+ times if my old furniture would be hauled away. He assured me it would. Furniture was estimated to be delivered end of October 2020. October 30th I called to confirm. Told it would be end of November. End of November came I called and was told it would be early January. Like others here, I wish I could give them 0 stars, especially the Salesperson, Gordon. We order a sofa and reclining chair back in mid-Nov. We were told delivery would be mid Feb. Needless to say, mid-Feb comes around, they send us an email saying there's been a delay, will not be delivered til mid-March. Mid-March rolls around, no delivery. The customer was contacted on February 11th by the sales associate Gordon on the status of her purchase. On that phone call he explained that the eta had been reset to late March. The customer said if it gets pushed back one more time she would cancel the order. Store management will be reaching out to the customer to follow up. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The delivery ruined my flooring I had just put down. The bed is too hard and they wont work with me at all. My sister went to Mattress Firm and they were great. They offer a comfort guarantee and THEY ARE MUCH CHEAPER FOR THE SAME QUALITY. I should have gone there. Don't make the same mistake I did!
