Avoid this furniture store. They DO NOT have their act together after all the issues they've been through. I was given a window for delivery and then was told half my couch would come a month later than expected and the other half a month later - and this is acceptable? I cancelled the order and had to call twice to receive a refund of my deposit - at that time was told it would be less the furniture spray I'd walked out of the store with. This review is a commentary of misinformation, inability to stand by a product, and the waste of money the Guardian Warranties is for their furniture. When checking out in purchasing $3000 in furniture, the sales person did the usual " you need the extended warranty" for your leather couch. After much back and forth, I decided based on what they were telling me (and putting in writing), that coverage would be worth it. Wish I would have looked on bbb before I bought our sofa. We were told by salesman we would get our sofa September 20-30, 2020 we have called levin and the person we talk to is rude and nasty. The sofa is completely paid for. I feel so stupid for not looking here first.

I have been frustrated with Levin’s service over the last 3 months but I have reached my breaking point today when they tried to offer me the same piece of defective furniture twice in a row. To set the stage, I recently acquired a new home that was in desperate need of furniture. Big Deal you bought them back Robert L**** - then do what is right and honor the purchases that were made. Paying additional money to extend a warranty and then not refunding that money or honoring the warranty makes for very poor customer service. You're trying to repair you name by buying them back??? I for one only care about the furniture I bought that you are not honoring. It's wrong...on so many levels.

We purchased a sectional couch a little over a year ago when I was pregnant. We loved it at first, but a year later and it is totally falling apart. Legs falling off, seams coming undone, the cushions do not even stay in the couch and the cushions are losing their cushion already. They are supposed to last 7-10 years and we spent over $1000 for this couch and now, is is useless. Do not buy from Levins if they come back unless they fix their quality issues. We bought a couch and paid up front in early February 2020 It is now May 19th and we still haven't received what we paid for. No one is answering any phone calls emails etc. This is just sickening all that money down the drain i really wish someone could help me.

My husband and I paid in full for a reclining chair with the protection plan in February. We were told pick up around March 16th. That day came and went and they are now in bankruptcy and I cannot get ahold of them. I dont know what to do. There is a form to fill out on their website for the bankruptcy but I dont know how to fill it out. This is not right and so many people are losing out on their hard earned money.
