Very disappointed with the whole experience. We were told our furniture was in stock and would be delivered in 7 days. It was finally delivered 67 days after being ordered. Two hours after delivered I noticed that the ottoman has rip on it. This has been the worst experience ever with buying furniture. I will never purchase from this company again.

Back in June 2017 I bought a sectional couch, two chairs and ottomans. The sales person Patti H***** promised delivering in 6 weeks which was the first lie. Then 12 weeks later this was delivered with legs on the couch busted and one leg on a chair cracked. The delivery drivers indicated they would let the store know and send out replacements. Weeks went by so I called and the store said they knew nothing about this. In another 2 weeks they sent out a repairman to fix these and he did fix the couch but the leg they sent for ... read more

Purchased a mattress from Levins and approximately 6 months later there was dipping in the mattress. They came out to measure the dips and said it was insignificant. In the meantime I feel like I’m rolling up a hill when I roll to the middle of the bed. Levins won’t take care of me and I will never purchase from any of there stores again.

I have to provide a star rating to leave this review, but we cannot even give Levin Furniture a star rating because our rating is 0. My husband and I purchase a sectional from Levin. For almost a year now we have been trying to get new cushion inserts for the inside of all the cushions and a bag of batting for the upper cushions. Levin can not seen to get things ordered in correctly. In 2 months it will be a full year since this whole process started and we still have yet to have this resolved or to receive the correct piece... read more

I purchased a sectional sofa on Black Friday very early in the morning. AFTER the sale was complete and paid in full, I was told it wouldn't be available until the first week in December. I was not happy but figured I had to live with it. Well here it is the first week in December and now I am told it won't be available until the first week in January! I purchased a level 3 mattress which is the "middle" of the firmness chart (e.g. 1 Firm, 5 soft, etc.). I was told I could return the mattress within 6 months of purchase. When I called back to complain about my mattress, I was instructed the Sales Rep would call me back...never got a message from the sales guy. Called back to complain about the mattress, AGAIN, and I was told because I didn't purchase a "comfort mattress cover" they couldn't guarantee the comfort - i.e. I'm $hiT out of luck. Levins warranty service is a complete joke. We recently purchased 2 living room sets and a dining room set which weren’t cheap price wise. One of the living room sets is fine while the other has come apart at the seems twice. The first time it was repaired as it was only 4-5 months after purchase. Not even 2 months later the seems started to unravel again. After talks with 2 different managers, we were told there was nothing they can do about it. If you use your warranty once you are done. We bought a couch a year ago. a pretty pricey one at that. while we were there, we were heavily pushed into buying the warranty. we were told it pretty much covered everything. well we spilled coffee on the couch. levin is making us jump through hoops to even get someone out to cover the warranty (that we paid additional for). weve been in contact with them for over a week and they keep needing additional pictures and information. they are acting like im trying to cash in on life insurance, when in reality i just need my cou... read more

I purchased a "leather couch" from Levin Furniture a few years ago. I thought my leather couch would last for many years however after 2 years my lovely leather couch began to peel. The leather couch in my living room began to look terrible so I covered the couch with a throw. I recently researched "leather couches" and found my couch is made from "bonded leather" which is a cheap form of leather. When I purchased the couch, I thought is was top grain leather not bonded leather. Do your homework before purchasing anything...... read more
