Delivery of our mattress was seamless. Very professional, neat, efficient and friendly. It was done in 20 minutes with no evidence our space had been disturbed. The system of reporting the status is excellent, even providing a picture of the driver before your door is opened. The salesman was also excellent, no pressure, knowledgeable and persistent in getting answers to questions, getting back to us as promised. We would shop Levin's again!

I recently got a couch and loveseat from here! From the time of buying,set up for delivery and then step by step updates that day as to when it would arrive! Matt B and his helper brought it in ,set it up with no problems. We’re out of here in a blink of an eye! He was very friendly and professional! Thank you John VSchultz for a wonderful experience!

Luckily a salesperson noticed us looking at mattresses on 2nd floor. We were about to leave. Be wary of multiple add ons. Delivery teams were very professional. Notice I said teams! The order had 1 twin XL box spring when 2 are required for a king size mattress so we had to wait an additional day for our bed to be set up. We were offered a $50 store credit as compensation for their error. We have not received the store credit yet. We have a second bedroom so we didn’t have to sleep on the floor.

I will never shop at Levin Furniture and Mattress again. The Bedroom Suite that was delivered to my home in March was damaged. I have been receiving the run around from the Corporate Office Customer Service team since I first called them. The last time I called them today they had a new excuse for new addressing my concerns.
