Alice is fantastic! We were moving from out of town and needed to find somewhere to rent quickly. Alice was willing to work with us on a moments notice when we were in town briefly to find something. She also took me on virtual tours, via FaceTime,of a few places when we weren't able to be there in person. Alice was wonderful. I work 2 jobs so my time was limited. She made herself available when I had the time. She also had a great feel of who I was and what I was looking for. It didn't take long for us to find the perfect place. However, once we found a place that I loved, it was more than I wanted to spend. Alice negotiated the price so that I was able to afford it. I am now living in my new home and loving it.
