I have been going to lifestance for over a year. I never have issues with schedule and work telehealth in the evening. My new counselor is working with me i have only had 3 visits, my first is where I let everything out. That day I felt like a ton of bricks just came off. I have learned a lot of that i never thought of. He takes his time to listen and recommends what we need to do I truly appreciate all they have done. I do recommend if you are having issues of any kind. Seak them out.

He really listened and gave me some stuff to think about. I could now be more pleased with the helpful and insightful responses and therapy. Can not wait to continue after the holidays. Definitely helped me do some introspection and has helped me learn new coping mechanisms and solutions.

I recently had counseling sessions with Mr. Lex Gore, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. As someone seeking healing and resolution, I expected a safe and unbiased environment. However, Mr. Gore’s approach left much to be desired. Lack of Unbiased Approach: During our sessions, I felt that Mr. Gore did not take the time to hear both sides of the story. I was told that our appointment was going to be virtual, being that I originally had recommended that and was never told it was in person until I went through the link and noticed it was in person, 45 minutes from my house! Very disappointed with the lack of communication. Especially from a counselor!
