I viewed the facility with Linda. Linda is warm very courteous and on her game. Knowledgeable in all that is Lexington Club, greeted as if I am family, what a great experience. Thank you Linda!!🫂
My husband and I waited over 5 years to move here and it was a big mistake. I'm still waiting for things to be fixed that were broken when we moved in almost 2 years ago. For health reasons we can't drive so we have to get our groceries and other things delivered. And we've had food stolen from our bags. I wish things would improve because we don't have the energy to move. Hopefully with new staff coming in things will improve.
I just moved back after being gone for 3 1/2 years……I am happy to be back. Linda and Yolanda are both so knowledgeable,helpful and friendly. Any problem I have reported is taken care of in a timely manner. The staff are all very friendly. Brian and CJ are very knowledgeable. I really enjoy living in this community.
We've lived at the Lexington going on 14 years. In the past, service has been very good. For some time now, though, response time for repairs have declined, with the exception for emergencies. We waited months to get replacement window blinds and now have been waiting several months to have our clothes dryer repaired or possibly replaced. We are paying for this service!
If you have loved one’s in the Poughkeepsie area that’s over the age of 55. DO NOT MOVE THEM HERE! Someone I love very dearly lives here and they noticed all this mold in their bedroom closet. It doesn’t even make sense how this much mold can grow in one unit for a widow that barely does anything during the day. Not to mention there’s also a leak coming from the bathroom ceiling.
