Get directionsI visited this facility The tour at Heritage Lexington was fantastic. The person who gave me the tour was Kelly and she was extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed with the small, homey atmosphere and everybody seemed very friendly, very nice, and very clean. Overall, that's the one I'm hoping we can bring my mom to. That's my first choice. They were cooking both times I went there and both times it smelled fantastic. It was nice. It was well done. It was easy to move around. It wasn't cluttered, but it was very homey. Ther... read more
I visited this facility I liked that Heritage Lexington was small and it seemed very clean. The person we talked to seemed very nice. There's just a lot of information that he supplied. The apartment we saw was very small for a two-bedroom. It didn't have much of a living room and the bedrooms were super small. They had a salon and a very nice-looking dining area. The place was fresh smelling.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My wife has moved into Heritage Lexington. It's small and it's very nice. It's like a ranch building single floor. Her room is an efficiency. It's just an empty room with a bathroom, a shower, and a little kitchenette. There's a salon. She has been eating the food there. I sat with her in the dining room and it's small, very open, nice, and clean. The staff is very nice and very friendly. I think they're great and they're gonna take very good care of my wife. It's a very n... read more
I visited this facility Lexington Heritage was a much older facility, but its really small, doesnt have much people, and the people were older. The apartments were very small, but there was a very homey feeling about it. It felt very comfortable and not at all institutional.
Business response:
Hi, Joan. We're glad you felt the homey feeling at Lexington. This intimate 20-bed community is definitely small and close-knit, which is great for those seeking a relaxed and comfortable environment. Thank you for coming to tour our community!
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Heritage Lexington has 20 units, so it's more hands-on and very pleasant. It has lots of windows, so it's bright and cheery and has lots of sunlight coming in. The apartments are very nice. In fact, my cousin went to see my dad this past week, and she came back and said, "What an awesome place you picked out!" They have balloon volleyball which is nice. The food is very good and they have a cook. It's in line with what we could afford.
Business response:

I visited this facility The rooms at Heritage Lexington were small, long, and narrow. It was big enough for a twin bed, but not for a full-sized bed. The living room/kitchen area was also relatively small. I seriously considered going there initially, but they did not allow pets. The dining area was very nice and well lit. I got the chance to eat there, and the food was very good. They also had a nice patio area. The staff was very nice, very helpful, and seemed to treat the residents very well. It was a small community, so ... read more
I visited this facility Our tour at the Heritage was nice. The girl was open to all our questions and easy to talk to. The place was nice, small, and family oriented. It seemed more personable sitting down and getting together. They were playing trivia and had a card game going.
Business response:
