If I could give them no stars, I would. They took my money from the deposit and never returned it. This place is a scam and they will take your money. The doctor does not even see you until your surgery day, and the office manager Jazzy is apart of the scam too. She will make you feel like she is on your side but she’s not, I wouldnt be surprised if she is pocketing some of the money herself. We are taking legal action against them, and complained to the better business bureau. Stay far away from this place.
For all the people saying they took a $2,000 deposit and didn’t refund it despite not providing a service, canceling the surgery, or changing their mind about what service they are going to provide — please check with your bank if you can issue a chargeback, especially if you used a credit card! This might be the quickest way to get your money back, but banks have a set amount of time since the purchase that you can make the chargeback. These people are crooks, swindlers. and thieves. I would not recommend these people to my worse enemies. They’ll take your money, then cancel your appointments less than a week before! They’ve done this to me THREE times and have taken thousands of dollars from me. Their communication is HORRID and their receptionist Jazzy is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with… will never answer calls, texts, emails. Beware!!!! I was told by Jazzy I could have a certain procedure done only to be looked at strangely later by the Dr and he went over a completely different procedure than what she had told me about. After that I cancelled. Like others I’ve been fighting to get my refund processed for months. This company is not reputable at all. Do not even consider them and in fact run!
I had an amazing experience at Lexington! Jazzy especially made this experience super comfortable and reassuring! She kept contact with me over the course of many months and helped me work out my surgery schedule and helped me plan everything out. The entire staff was super friendly and helped calm my nerves! Thank you to Jazzy, Dr. Garg, Dr. Williams, the sweet nurse who did my IV, and the radiologist Ms. Dimple! You all are amazing and I can’t wait to come back for my other keloid to be removed!
