Professional and friendly customer service from start to finish. The team at Lexpert took care of my Lexus RC F with routine fluid maintenance (oil change, automatic transmission fluid, & rear differential), spark plugs, and brakes. I appreciate the team’s patience when answering all of my questions and providing insightful explanations. The ability to securely drop off/pick up your car after hours is a huge plus. Thanks a lot!
Great experience at Lexpert. I took my Toyota Tacoma in for some scheduled maintenance, inspection, etc. I was greeted immediately at the front desk by staff. Everything was explained well and they earned my confidence from the beginning. When I picked up my truck later that day the experience was the same including a full report about my vehicle. Car dealership sold me a car with a slow internal oil leak that eventually needed to be repaired. When they told me I either had to get in a new car or fix my engine for nearly 9k I was in shambles! I came to Lexpert and they were able to get that price down and got me back in my 09 Corolla in less than 2 weeks. Mind you, the dealership told me that I either drive a 15 year old car that needs $600 worth of monthly repairs or a “brand new car” for $600 a month as the car payment. He was full of crap!
