I saw other positive reviews of Lexpert and decided to have my Lexus ES 350 looked at. Brian was able to get me in the day I called and was able to install new brakes and rotors as well as change the oil. My car needed new front struts and they had me come back just a few days later for that install. Their prices were very competitive and I was extremely impressed with their customer service. I will definitely be returning and would encourage others to become new customers as well.
These guys are awesome! They take you and your family’s safety and your car seriously. I have a 2018 Lexus IS 350 f-sport, 75k miles. It’s a great car. I recently replaced all 4 tires and Discount Tire discovered inordinate wear on an inside tire rear edge exposing steel cording. They recommended an alignment. I found Lexpert Auto online and called them. I told them what was going on and made an appointment. Their courtesy inspection revealed a serious rear suspension issue I was unaware of. Had my engine replaced on my LS460 along with the starter, engine mounts, and lower control arms. The guys did a great job car is running better then before.
My experience at Lexpert has been beyond excellent. I had a Ironman lift kit installed on the Landcruiser and the ride quality is beyond amazing. Brian is a highly skilled master Technician that installed everything from the diff drop to the torsion bars.
