Pros: Mary is the ONLY person on this leasing team that I feel do the BEST at her job. She keeps her word and she’s very truthful. She make sure ALL of her residents are happy and satisfied. Without Mary, I fear that this company isn’t going to make it through far enough. We need more people like her. So please, give her all the recognition she deserves! We’ve always liked living here due to a number of reasons, but since changing management things have gotten progressively much better (specially when thinking about the common areas of the community). Maintenance has always been AMAZING, we just couldn’t be happier with how fast and reliable they are. We love having a small dog park here and management has done a good job keeping it tidy despite some people not being that great at picking up after their dogs. Parkside Apartments is a great place to live! The rent here is fair, there’s a bus stop right next to it to help with going places, and they accommodate dog owners such as myself quite well by having a little dog park and an assortment of dog waste bag dispensers scattered across the property. I’ve been living at my apartment for about maybe 5-6 yrs now. I love it! I feel safe, my baby dog has a place where he can be off his leash at the dog park, and it’s clean. The staffs are very friendly and wonderful! I can count on them for anything that needs to be taken care of or just a friendly smile. I would definitely recommend Parkside apartments to my friends and family.
It’s a great place to rent from. I love the maintenance crew. The only few down sides is that 1. There is no central air which makes it super hot near the back of the apartment unit during the summer. 2. I feel there could be car ports to protect vehicles when weather is inclement.
