Do not move here.!! They raise the rent $100 every year. They try to say It's $65 but you still have to pay a $35 utility fee. There’s never anybody in the office when you try to pay your rent. They got rid of the lock box without informing everyone . Then they charge you $65 a day for a late fee. The worst thing this country ever did was let out of town companies by Area apartments in our small town. I went from paying $1000 to 1369 in three years. Tried calling them only to get an AI agent who wasn't able to answer my questions. And when I ask to be transferred to a real person they hanged up on me. Also they use fake reviews on their apartments.com profile. All the reviews are from mid may 2020 and are 5 stars. Seems very unlikely to be real
Very friendly staff with excellent service. When I moved in this past summer it was seamless and the apartment was very clean with a brand new carpet. The area feels very safe and the overall quality of residents is higher than some of the other apartment complexes around (more families, grad students, respectful residents). I have lived in this apartment for almost 2 years. The area itself is great. I love the park right next to it and I’m glad I can have my dog run around whenever. The apartment is spacious and is a good price. Can’t hear my neighbors and the complex is pretty much just families and grad students. Appliances aren’t new but they keep raising rent without upgrading anything. The apartment below has a mold problem—didn’t find out from maintenance. Overall, I would highly recommend living here. If nothing else, the maintenance supervisor, Jim, helped me lift an extremely large table top to the second floor apartments where I live without me asking him for assistance. This is in addition to the fact that all of our maintenance requests have been fulfilled without hassle and consistently quickly.
