Shirts always firmly pressed, J does a great job and makes me more confident at work, always the best dressed. Sometimes he takes a day or two longer, but that could be because he only lets perfection walk out the door.
Have used them for the last 2 years and they do a good job, I pickup myself and don't rely on delivery so cant speak to that. The tailor is very helpful as well.
Consistently subpar service. Repeated mistakes over and over again with stuff not being delivered on time or gets delivered to wrong address. No accountability. If you order same day service, the odds are that they will mess it up and not do anything to remedy it. Do NOT use this service and go down the street where they have better options. The owner of J’s cleaners is friendly but simply extremely inconsistent and lacks accountability/ownership over the mistakes.
This neighborhood dry cleaners is a gem. The service was on point and my clothes were delivered on time. Anissa is amazing!!
Upon delivery of my “dry-cleaned” items, not only was a $40 pillow cover missing, but a blazer that had a faux-leather trim has been completely destroyed. To top it off, someone took the time to hang my visibly destroyed blazer on a hanger with the trim peeling off and also had the audacity to staple the receipt - a reminder that I paid them to destroy my blazer. Never ever going here again and would caution others, as well.
