Bought a home in 2022 awful experience. Gave them a checklist before closing and they refused to repair anything. Recently started removing baseboard and trim in the house to repaint. Doors are not plum or shim. Same issue with windows. Horrible craftsmanship avoid this builder. I have purchased 2 other homes from different builder and Libert is the absolute worst.

CONTRACTORS!! Don’t ruin your reputation by working for this company! People are learning how this company works and are not happy with their tactics. They put off their cheap work onto the contractor..

This Company seriously hide all its problems and not fulfilling its obligations. Poor management to the extent of negligence and incompetence. There houses are beautifully built with all the elements of what people are looking for except one important thing, QUALITY construction at the very base of the home. There no better built than a cheap house trailer. Take a look at there reviews on Google. It’s a lot worse than the reviews show. You need to look under there home website and look at the review post in Arab,Alabama by just the truth before you even consider a home or even doing business with Liberty Communities! They DO NOT hold true to their word and warranty work is like you have to beg them for action and still nothing. Don’t get caught up in their bling and hype with quick sales solutions. Be very careful when Building with them.. I was told about the homeowner referral program so my sister bought a house next door and never got anything.. then not even in the house a year and things are falling apart because it was not done right..

If you want to know the bottom line truth about Liberty Communities, check the review on their home website on google. JUST THE TRUTH. And I mean contractors, third party inspectors and most definitely BUYERS! Whatever you do, at closing, remove the arbitration agreement… no matter what they say, you can’t be forced into arbitration. But it does take away a lot of your rights under the law.
