I can only second the positive reviews below. The process was well explained at the start, and there has been plenty of follow-up. I have a long way to go, but it was encouraging to have the first small settlement negotiated. The larger ones naturally will take longer. The website is easy to use, and things are where you expect to find them. And if questions arise, you can get answers. I am confident going forward.
