My Loan advisor was *******. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained the process and worked with me till all payoffs were negotiated. He stayed in touch throughout the process and followed up when needed. He doesnt set the rates or make the rules but he knows how to help you through the process. Thank you *******.

My experience with Credit9 and **** was exceptional. However, when I first started dealing with Credit9, ***********************, was very unpleasant. She came across to me as if I was a bother to her. At one point towards the end of my signing the contract she told me I was a 'difficult case.'
