In general, I am not a fan of spending money for something I can do myself. In this case, it would be negotiating with my creditors for reduced settlements on my accounts. However, given the immensity of the job, since I had 11 creditors with which to deal, and a total lack of desire to engage in this process directly, Americor has been well-worth my money. I signed up with Americor in order to consolidate debt. It's still early in the process, so I'm a bit uncertain how this will all end out, but I'm going to go ahead and trust Americor. My only concern is a 10 .75 fee that's scheduled under transactions within the app. I know I signed paperwork authorizing it, but I don't believe this part was explained to me by my agent. My mother asked me to leave a review for Credit9 as she said they really went above and beyond to help her. She is older and isn't the best at using computers or technology and the person helping her (she doesn't remember her name) was soo sweet and patient with her. She was very happy with her help and had a great experience!
