Alfredo not so good, Kelli, Great, Derek- The Best! I was interviewed by Alfredo. Then he rescheduled appointments with me twice and never kept them. When I called he never answered. After a week, I gave up. Derek calls from underwriting, says he sees I’ve been trying to call and wanted to reach out. He was great and explained everything perfectly.
