Going on a year in September. The process is nerve racking as there is not enough backup from you assigned associate. At least website is very good. Information is there to look at even though not up to date on your Credit Score. That should be available everytime I go to the website. Other than that great accounting on the money you pay into the escrow and they do back you up with a loan after the year transition to pay everything off!
