Liberty Pointe Apartments has been one of the most frustrating leasing experiences I’ve ever had. The application process is extremely disorganized and lacks basic communication. After waiting nearly three weeks for a decision, there was still no clear update on approval or denial. The leasing office appears to be poorly managed. This property is not fit for a dog to live in. They have water issues and mold issue. Corporate dont care neither does the leasing manager. They will rent you an apartment with known issuse and swear they dont know anything about nothing. What you have read about the hvac unit is true, water issuse it's true mold issues is true, nasty attitude is true. From Corporate all the way to maintenance all a bunch of lairs. I WAS interested in applying for a unit but after not getting NO RESPONSE for at least a month now, I'm not interested anymore. I've been calling and calling I NEVER got a answer. I even went up to the office to catch someone and I still haven't got any answer. I sent emails to get more info/requirements and NO RESPONSE...and have yet to get a response from anyone. If you going through the same issue DO NOT APPLY!
I don’t even give this place one star but I had to put something to write my review. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had . The person running the complex is rude and never answer the phone. I was told before applying to not even wast my time . I should have listened! She only opens 3 days a week as it is and the days she is there you cannot get in touch with her. I had to call from my second phone number for her to answer. Worst living conditions!! Despite numerous attempts to try and get our A/C fixed they still have yet to complete the task! It has been literal years and numerous summers spent in an inhospitable unit!!
