From the first "idea" meeting with Joe to the final cleanup, Lick Creek Pools over achieved all of my expectations. Andrea is a perfect project manager because of her attention to details and the whole group communicated daily on my project. They were so fun and easy to work with I'm almost sorry it is finished! But, having my beautiful pool is the reward! You would be crazy to not use these guys to build your pool!
Joe and Matt didn’t build my pool, but have been helping me with my ASR issue from another pool builder (who is awful and non-responsive). They provided my demo and rebuild estimate for my lawyers and worked with me to get my core testing done for ASR. They were always prompt for scheduled meetings and communicated as promised. Just so happy with Lick Creek Pools for pool repairs, and can't recommend them highly enough! I got quotes to install two pool lights, and the bids were crazy and dealing with the pool companies was a nightmare (Swimpure pools was the worst, after being great for so many years, stay far away from them). Called Matt and the prices were reasonable, he came out quickly, Ted (the tech) was friendly and as nice as can be, and the work was done with no issues.
