Excellent info from reps spoke with Isabela who listened as I was information searching. But did not order at that time. Another rep called the next day who I felt was pressuring me so I hung up. After checking I decided to order the life line which was delivered after the office closed. The start up info was not clear to me but the following day I spoke with Amanda who cleared my inquires and helped me set up the monitor q4
Amanda was extremely helpful and addressed my concern. Great service and an excellent program. I feel safe knowing that I have help if I need it.
