The lady I spoke to was very friendly, she told me about the special offer of $49. one time only payment to have the warranty on my machine for the rest of my years, so I would not have to worry if my machine broke got stolen , etc , she up dated my information along with email address,i told her what the machine kept doing when I would charge it ,it kept repeating
