My experience has been wonderful. Everyone is so nice and kind. My daughter loves going in every weekday. I can see improvements in her behavior and it’s only been a month. The techs are great with my daughter and always share something about her day. Family engagement meetings are so informative and help me understand where my child’s at with their therapy and they teach us how to work with them at home too. Omg the hellacious experience i have had with these people. They dont answer the phone. They dont follow up. They dont keep their appointments. They will waste all of your time. After being told we were in and our package was there and good to go. Weeks go by. Can't get anyone to answer. Calling every line centria has and still cant get any answers.
