The Life Program is such a great asset to the community, they provide a very valuable service and do a great job with their participants! My experiences with them have been very positive!

I cared for my sister in my home for 10+ years after her high risk valve replacement. A HUGE DECISION to TRUST Life St. MARY SERVICES!! Well worth this scary decision as I could not accomplish full care till her recent death a few months ago. They got her on medicaid, provided all doctors and prescriptions at my door, home help, eventually walker, oxygen, bed...I had list of home nurse, oxygen order, bus driver for her weekly social group visits, etc. who we trusted. I saw this man driving a company vehicle in bad weather while using his phone. The event lasted several minutes, enough to take a video. I called to report it and never heard back from the agency. Sad.
The lack of care from the Nursing staff here was pitiful. The few and far between Nurses that were good know it. If Medicare knew what went on here this place would be shut down yesterday. I watched Nurses lose shoes, phones, computers, use foul language against staff/patients. One of the Nurses is a Big Bully. Nurses would sleep on the job.
