Initially the storage facility was very nice since it had a decent rate, was clean, in a good location, and had great hours (7am-10pm). Signing up was hassle free and easy, the staff were so helpful and showed us a couple of units available and we chose the best one for our needs. This used to be pretty good as far as storage units go, but since Extra Space Storage bought it's gone to hell quickly. Of course the first thing that happened was the rent went up, which as usual also meant what you paid for got better! Just kidding, it never does, it got worse. The hours, which were the best feature, got cut, and the garage stopped working. I hauled heavy boxes in through a side door and up some stairs: fun! Accessible! I'm not sure what has happened to this rental facility but it's gone down hill. I first moved into the neighborhood during covid- the staff was very friendly, helpful, easy retal process and the rates were afforable. You'd be informed by email notification if anything was occuring. Now its an entirely different story. They've had two floods in the basement but they never informed anyone of the first flood.
