Clean facility, all units are indoors and climate controlled. There is a cool drive-in bay so you can be a little bit cooler in the summer while unloading. The staff is helpful and Brittany went out of her way to help when we had an issue that wasn't even their fault!
Outstanding Storage Facility - Extremely Clean, Well-Managed and Secure! I've had a unit at Extra Space Storage at 15023 Pima Road since it was Life Storage transitioning over, and I couldn't be more impressed. It's by far the nicest, cleanest, and most well-maintained storage facility I've ever used (and seen). They've jacked up the prices in a manner that should be deemed criminal. Once you've moved in your furniture, they start raising the monthly charge. If I had known the same space would cost nearly four times as much within a year I would have never put things in storage.

In 8 months, three price hikes. The last one was the killer. I moved to the current unit and was told I was paying the regular rate and the price wouldn't go up. I was stunned to receive a notice. Doubled the rate. No thank you.
