Rick was great and helpful. He showed us the space and even explained all the different sized for storage, the reason why the prices varied and explained how the insurance with it worked. Even thought they were about to close him and Nick took the time to show us the space, recommend the best process to get the best price and even if we did it online Rick detailed all that. Fully recommend stopping by and checking their space. Thank you guys you were awesome!
Rick was really helpful during a time when I really needed storage. I was in the middle of a move and had to find a unit the same day, and he made it happen with no hassle. I've been renting here for a few years and I'm planning to move out at the beginning of March. . I have total 3 units at this facility. I wish I could stay longer, but the way store manager Rick handles and increases the rent policies is incredibly disrespectful and a rip-off. I had my 2 units raised every 2-3 months - now I’m over $200 more per month than my original price. My 1. unit went up 58% 2. Unit 76% and 3. Rick was extremely helpful and transparent about prices up front. He was kind enough to give me a tour of the units to see what size best fits. First storage unit to have someone present in office, so thankful!!
I had such a pleasant experience at this storage facility and you can tell they are so intentional and caring with their guests. I coordinated with Rick through my process and he was kind, detail-oriented, and proactive in his customer service. Highly recommend this place!
