Excellent customer service Mrs. Michelle provided quality customer service she was patient and went out her way to assist me. They are very clean and much bigger than I had imagined. She was polite and just a sweetheart… she has the type of customer service that makes people want to stay and bring more people to the business. Definitely an asset to the company !!!!!thank you !!!!!!!

I had a great experience at Life Storage at 232 S. Lake Street, Aurora, IL 60506. The store manager, Mr. Jeff Chavez, was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He helped me get a different storage unit that met my needs and expectations. The facility is safe and clean, and I have no complaints. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient storage service. Thank you, Mr. Chavez, for your excellent customer service!

The registration process was smooth, and the facility was very clean plus heated. Jeff was very helpful with getting me set up with my unit. He showed me the unit before hand, answered all my questions, and was incredibly friendly. After I completed my registration, he walked me around the facility and showed me the areas where I will enter when bringing the truck with furniture. He also explained the various security measures, which made me feel comfortable using Life Storage. I am very happy with my experience!

Let me start off by saying the management there at Life Storage in Aurora on Lake Street, they seem to get the job done when it needs to be the only reason why I didn't give it the full five stars , well there seems to be a some kind of trash on the floors , if they would set up some trash bins of some sort it would be gladly appreciate, that said you can't beat the price. a great place keep your belongings safe and sound.
