Great facility, particular experience was weird I think this facility is great. I do feel really guilty about canceling my reservation and requesting a refund, but I did have a weird experience. It was just one man working, I won't state a name or location, and this made me a teeny bit uneasy, it being my first time going alone to one of these places, I just would have hoped there would be at least 2 people on site or just 1 woman, being a young woman myself.
