Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. There was an issue on the date I was to move in and the facility was unstaffed for a few hours. The company sent someone out to cover as soon as they were notified. Although I was impatient and left before anyone arrived, I was contacted by phone to let me know that someone would be there if I decided to return. In these days, that's commendable!

The facility is clean and the staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Charges and policies were explained in a clear but concise manner which is much appreciated.
