Roger was an amazing help!! He was very informative and direct. Compared to the other storage places this place has better security. All in all, I love it!

Extra Space Calabasas is my go to for my client’s unique storage needs!! Roger is great and the facility is awesome with super early to late access hours that accommodate my super busy schedule.
My storage unit has been broken into twice here. The company has not placed cameras facing the side units on both left and right sides of the building. Many have been broken into. They raise the rates, make you get insurance for the unit and yet do nothing to prevent burglary. Roger was helpful in informing me to file a police report but the company itself is not supportive of these burglaries.
Best storage find ever! For nearly 2 decades, I had been dealing with a very frustrating storage service, and I am so happy to have found this new place. Customer service has been impeccable, access is super easy, and there is absolutely no beating the price for the security, climate control, and incredible amount of space inside the unit. Highly recommend!
