Five stars. Woman at the front desk Brianna was very helpful. The units are clean and everything is up to date. The process for getting the unit was quick and easy and is very fairly priced. 10/10 would recommend.
Brionna was amazing. As the owner of a local Fence Company "VAFENCEPRO" I value and appreciate awesome customer service. I was greeted by a welcoming friendly smile, Brionna was knowledgeable, and friendly, professionally conveying the companies services, amenities, and values. She keeps a very well maintained facility, showcasing clean large isle ways. Worst Experience Ever! Rude/Racist On-site Manager (Brionna Randolph). The reason for writing this review is to point out that severe training need for on-site managers. No paying customer deserves such rudeness and threats and shouting,only because they belong to a different ethnicity and religion. Really overpriced for storage in this area. Personally I think this was better run when it was uncle bob’s. I just closed out my unit today and was asked to do a review by the employee: I said it won’t be a great one and she pretty much said never mind.
