The move in process was easy and the staff was kind and helpful. Moving in was easy with the personalized code to access the building and storage unit. Setting up my account on the day of my reservation was easy and went by fast.
Great space Great price, nice clean space. When I called about a complaint I got a call back the same day with the utmost customer service. The location had me concerned but the security of the space has me confident my space is fine.
Well priced and convenient The staff and service are very good; the facility is generally clean. In my limited experience, a few things were temporarily not working-- including the cooling in the section in which my storage unit is located-- but overall the facility is kept in good shape.
Good place Good service. The insurnce requirement must be published in the websites so that people knows that upfront. It was a surprise when i was asked to pay additional insurance premium.
