Angela is the best storage assistant manager I’ve ever encountered in this city and otherwise. She gave an excellent tour, gave us all the helpful information in a concise and thorough manner. Perfect amount of a personal touch. Great conversation balanced with professionalism. She truly enjoys her job and it shows. Great glasses too!
Angela is incredible! She truly above and beyond to assist me. I originally called on the phone and corporate assigned me a unit that I could not fit in the door with my furniture. Showed up full truck right after office closed within access hours, so corporate could not help at all.. total nightmare about cost me a $3000 security deposit. Life Storage folks are great! It was super easy to set up over the phone and my locker was ready for me when I got there. On move out day, Ray was super helpful with closing out my account. Would highly recommend. Super convenient especially for West Loop area!

Web directions for a new storage locker weren’t clear but went inside and Angela helped me thru the whole process and gave me directions about how to go about getting access and moving things into the locker. She was great!!
