Angela also spells “a angel” and that’s exactly what we needed in that moment. She was extremely helpful when there was an elevator issue in the building. She found us a space that was more accessible to our needs and always checked up to make sure our storage needs were met.
Best Customer service. Angela is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. The facility is very clean too. Reasonable prices, Angela helped me prebook as per my flexibility. Very very happy with the overall service.
Didn’t enjoy customer service experience at all from the phone call to get the online reservation. From a lady named (Christine) her vibe and was so rude and off I did tell her. To the follow up phone call from the lady Angela. She kept cutting me off . When I got there she let a smaller truck go in front of us and inconvenienced me very bad she did try and make better by giving me a lock. But overall I was still disappointed with this company if I had the time I would have went elsewhere.
Angela was phenomenal and incredibly helpful. 10/10 would recommend. Customer service and care beyond compare! Thank you, Angela!
With all my anxiety surrounded my big move, Angela really helped to streamline the transition. She explained everything very well, showed me the space and answered all my questions. She was very kind and informative.
