Easy, hassle free experience.
This was the most reasonably price storage in the area. The manager was very good. He assured me of the security of the building and the area doesn't seem bad. I would give it a 9 and recommend it.
Love it! I made a reservation for Uncle Bob's Storage through Sparefoot.com, the process was quick and everything went well.They told me to be at the place around 5:30 but because my move took much longer, I called to let them know I might be late and guess what?? The manager waited for me!!! He was super friendly , walked me through the storage, showed me how to use the key and he even gave me a discount!! Moving is stressful - but Uncle Bob's made it better. Overall great experience with Uncle Bob's so far. One less thing we needed to worry about during our move. Very clean facility, fast and easy paperwork, free access to a moving cart upon arrival, felt very secure (locked gate to parking lot, plus door to indoor garage for moving van so we were inside while unloading our things). the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the facility Anyone can have a bad at work, when called I was told I was welcome to come down however the computers were down and there was a problem with a fire alarm going off. The girl working the counter (I believe here name was Sarah H.) stopped what she was doing when I got there and despite all the distractions her attention was totally on me.
