Chiquita is the most helpful and thoughtful manager. She picked out our unit for us and it is right when you get off the elevator! She is very knowledgeable and efficient. She is very present at the building and easy to contact. She is always willing to help. We chose the Desplaines Street location even though it is not the most convenient for us because of her!

Chiquita is easily the best manager I’ve worked with after 20yrs. of storage. Smart, reliable, & flexible. Our new manager, Chiquita, was welcomed by long-term & new customers. Mostly, it’s b/c she’s always there, being accountable. I think It’s also her smart listening & savvy ways to fix a problem. She takes care to give users the highest experience possible. What an amazing experience! I found an affordable unit that perfectly fits my needs. The staff was very helpful in assessing my needs and options in unit size.Their friendly and accommodating demeanor made the rental process easy. The facility is super clean and I love the covered parking area. Great experience. Highly recommend!!!

I am very happy with the new management team at the Desplaines Life Storage facility. I recently had to make some changes in my storage arrangements and Chiquita, the manager was very patient in helping me make the best arrangements for for my new situation. We chose Life Storage on Desplaines St. because of its manager, Chiquita. She is a fantastic representative of the company. We had visited other storage sites while making our decision. She is gracious, proud of the company, knowledgeable, promised to do things and then did them, and a true pleasure to do business with. Her location was not the most convenient for us, but she made the difference.
