Very satisfied with customer service Angie the manager I dealt with at Life Storage explained everything I needed to know, completely and efficiently. Also, the man I dealt with on my initial phone call to Sparefoot was very helpful and set me up to open my account with Life Storage.
Very good service and very convenient Booking a storage unit was quick and easy, everything was explained clearly and accurately. The manager who assisted me was very polite and professional. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family
..... Entrance not easy after hours
Overall a good experience Everything is good with the unit, but the price is higher than I was originally quoted. Talked to the manager and was told the special I was expecting wasn't going on. Also the floor of the unit is covered in sawdust. Other than that I'm happy with the experience.
