RecommendedSylvia was very helpful in meeting my storage needs.
The facility DOES NOT HAVE WORKING SECURITY CAMERAS as advertised. My unit was burglarized as many others were in January. The site manager acted like it was no big deal and simply turn it into insurance, they have nothing to do with it after break in. Continues to tell me that she is working on upper management getting cameras on site but he is looking through different pricing before doing so. Life Storage supports unfair practices that boarders on bias to there customer base. Be cautious when dealing with this company.
I hope that Heather Brown has been fired. Remember people to leave your phones at home if you want to do anything here or they will instantly believe you’re recording them.
